Citroën C3X
The upgrade our valuation covers best is Feel → Shine on the 1.2 Turbo petrol manual: ₹1,39,100 buys ₹1,47,050 of equipment — 105% of the price rise, so the kit alone covers what it costs.

Citroën C3X: questions buyers ask
Which Citroën C3X variant is the best value?
Feel 1.2 Turbo Petrol MT to Shine 1.2 Turbo Petrol MT costs ₹1,39,100, and the equipment it adds is worth ₹1,47,050 — 105% of the price rise. That is the variant upgrade where equipment explains the most of what you pay. The kit alone covers what the variant costs extra. The figure is computed from the feature difference, not chosen.
Which Citroën C3X variant gives back the least?
Live 1.2 Petrol MT to Feel 1.2 Petrol MT costs ₹1,00,900, and the equipment it adds is worth ₹11,900 — 11% of the price rise. The rest of that money goes on things we do not itemise — materials, fit and finish, and the manufacturer's own margin.
How many variants does the Citroën C3X have?
8, across 3 powertrains, from ₹4,99,000 to ₹9,68,000 ex-showroom. Every trim and engine Citroën prices, in plain paint. Left out: the Shine dual-tone paint and the dealer-fitted CNG kit.
What is the EMI on the Citroën C3X?
About ₹9,079 a month for the cheapest variant, Live 1.2 Petrol MT: ₹5,49,908 on the road in Delhi, 20% down, and a loan of ₹4,39,926 at 8.75% a year for 5 years. A different rate, tenure or down payment changes it — the EMI calculator works it out for your own figures.
What are the Citroën C3X's dimensions, boot space and ground clearance?
It is 3,981 mm long, 1,733 mm wide and 1,586 mm tall, on a 2,540 mm wheelbase. Boot space is 315 litres. Ground clearance is 163 mm. The fuel tank holds 45 litres. These are Citroën's own figures.
When was the Citroën C3X launched?
The Citroën C3X on sale now, the first generation, was launched in India in Jul 2022. It was last facelifted in Aug 2025: Updated as the C3X with six airbags across more of the range and more equipment.
Is a new Citroën C3X or a facelift coming?
Citroën has announced nothing, and we found no credible reports of one as of 1 Nov 2026.
What colours does the Citroën C3X come in?
Citroën lists 5 colours: Polar White, Steel Grey, Galaxy Blue, Perla Nera Black, Garnet Red. Not every colour is offered on every variant.
What is the Citroën C3X's safety rating?
The current Citroën C3X has not been crash-tested by Bharat NCAP or Global NCAP yet.
What is the on-road price of the Citroën C3X?
The cheapest variant, Live 1.2 Petrol MT, comes to about ₹5,49,908 on road in Delhi — ₹4,99,000 ex-showroom plus road tax, insurance, registration and TCS where it applies. Road tax is set by the state, so the total moves by a lakh or more between them.
How we checked these figures
Data notes — where these figures come from
Prices from Citroën's own price list (the price tool on its website and the price service behind it, read 29 Oct 2026), ex-showroom. Citroën names no city on either. The Shine in dual-tone paint (₹15,000 more) is not modelled. The CNG versions are a dealer-fitted retrofit kit, not a factory version, and are not modelled. Equipment from the maker's brochure dated 26 Oct 2026, which has a column each for Live, Live(O), Feel, Feel(O) and Shine, checked against the variant lists on the maker's model page. Only the Feel(O) and the Shine have six airbags; the Live, Live(O) and Feel have two. ESC with hill hold is on the turbo petrol only (Feel and Shine). The brochure marks several Live(O) items, and the power windows of the Live and Live(O), with an asterisk it does not explain. The Live(O) is a separately priced version, so its 25 cm (10.1-inch) Android touchscreen, fog lamps and wheel covers are credited; its touchscreen is not described as wireless, so wireless Android Auto is not credited, and its rear camera is not credited because no guidelines are stated. Rear power windows: the brochure ticks them on the Live, but the model page lists front power windows only, so the Live is not credited. The Feel's wheel covers appear on the model page but are marked absent in the brochure, so they are not credited; the Feel(O)'s leather steering wheel cell is blank and is not credited. The Shine's 360-degree camera is a mandatory dealer accessory at extra cost, not part of the ex-showroom price, so it is not credited; nor is the optional Vibe Pack wireless charger. Not credited because the maker says less than our entry needs: the TPMS (type not stated) and tilt-only steering. Alloy wheels are on the Shine turbo only; the Shine 1.2 has wheel covers. The Shine has auto-folding mirrors. Citroën prints the engines in PS: 82 PS and 115 Nm for the PureTech 82, and 110 PS with 190 Nm (manual) or 205 Nm (automatic) for the PureTech 110 turbo. Certified efficiency from the brochure: 19.3 kmpl (1.2 manual), 19.3 kmpl (turbo manual) and 18.3 kmpl (turbo automatic). Cruise control is marked 'Puretech 110 AT' in the brochure, so only the turbo automatics are credited it. ROOF RAILS (29 Oct 2026): the maker lists roof rails and does not describe them as a garnish or styling element, so they are credited under the same rule as every other car; no load rating is published.
