All 2 variants across 2 powertrains, priced from petrol manual upwards. Left out: the Sharp Pro CVT, because MG's July price list and the October price card name different figures, plus the Blackstorm and Snowstorm appearance editions, dual-tone paint, and the six-seater. No certified fuel-efficiency figure is shown, because MG publishes a range rather than one figure per gearbox.

How many variants does the MG Hector Plus have?

2, across 2 powertrains, from ₹17,99,800 to ₹20,14,800 ex-showroom.

What is the EMI on the MG Hector Plus?

About ₹34,639 a month for the cheapest variant, Sharp Pro 1.5 Turbo Petrol MT: ₹20,98,108 on the road in Delhi, 20% down, and a loan of ₹16,78,486 at 8.75% a year for 5 years. A different rate, tenure or down payment changes it — the EMI calculator works it out for your own figures.

It is 4,699 mm long, 1,835 mm wide and 1,760 mm tall, on a 2,750 mm wheelbase. We hold no ground clearance figure from MG's own documents. The fuel tank holds 60 litres. These are MG's own figures.

How we checked these figures

Data notes — where these figures come from

SEVEN-SEATER. MG's FAQ, read 8 Oct 2026 on https://www.mgmotor.co.in/vehicles/mghector, says the Hector is offered as a five-seater while the Hector Plus provides a seven-seater configuration. The brochure groups the third-row kit under 'HECTOR PLUS ONLY FEATURES'. There is no separate Hector Plus page; the cards on that Hector URL are labelled '(7 SEATER)'. VARIANTS STORED. Sharp Pro MT at ₹17,99,800 and Savvy Pro CVT at ₹20,14,800. The names drop the '(7 SEATER)' the card prints, because this model is the seven-seater. LEFT OUT: Sharp Pro CVT. The brochure price list, effective 1 July 2026, prints ₹19,09,800. The 8 Oct card prints ₹20,14,800. Every other card that moved is the brochure figure plus ₹15,000, which here would be ₹19,24,800, and no MG page prints that figure. The two MG sources disagree, so the variant is omitted rather than one of those three numbers being chosen. Sharp Pro MT is ₹17,99,800 on the 8 Oct card and on the 1 July list. Those two MG sources agree. It did not rise the ₹15,000 the five-seaters and the Savvy Pro seven-seater rose, and ₹18,14,800 was not inferred. Savvy Pro CVT is the brochure's ₹19,99,800 plus that ₹15,000, and the card matches. The six-seater, Blackstorm, Snowstorm, dual-tone paint and diesel are left out for the same reasons recorded on the Hector: the six-seater price is dashes, the appearance editions are not brochure columns, and the FAQ names only the 1.5 turbo petrol. EQUIPMENT is the brochure's Sharp Pro and Savvy Pro columns. The Hector Plus-only rows (captain seats, a third-row USB port, second-row slide, a third-row split, third-row air conditioning, Urban Tan interior) are not registry features, so these two variants carry the same tracked equipment as the five-seater of the same grade and gearbox on the Hector. Gearbox cells are the same reading. Telescopic steering is 'MT' on Sharp Pro, so this manual has it. Electric parking brake and drive modes are marked CVT, so this Sharp Pro manual has neither. Savvy Pro is CVT only and has the parking brake, drive modes, the 360 camera, Level 2 ADAS, the air purifier and telescopic steering. The under-credits match the Hector. Tyre-pressure monitoring is a voice alert rather than a per-tyre readout. Ambient lighting does not say it runs across the dashboard and the doors. The 14-inch screen is credited at the 12.3-inch tier, the 6-way driver's seat at the 4-way tier, and the 17.78 cm cluster at the 7-inch tier. LED projector headlamps are not the full-LED entry with integrated DRLs. Connected tail lamps are credited on the brochure's phrase 'LED Blade Connected Tail Lights'. Infinity audio is credited where the Infinity cell is marked, which is both of these grades. Connected-car technology is credited on the standard rows (remote lock, Find My Car, geo-fence, e-call) rather than the paid remote-air-conditioning and live-location rows. Level 2 ADAS is Savvy Pro only. The pack lists adaptive cruise, traffic-jam assist, lane-keep assist and automatic emergency braking, and does not print the words 'Stop & Go'. No fuel-efficiency figure is stored. The brochure prints none, and the model-page FAQ gives one range, 12.40 to 13.94 kmpl, rather than one figure per gearbox. WIRELESS ANDROID AUTO (9 Oct 2026): MG's Hector brochure, which covers the seven-seat Hector Plus under the same trim names, marks 'Wireless Android Auto + Apple Carplay' on every Pro trim. REVERSING CAMERA (re-read 29 Oct 2026): the maker describes the camera without saying its guidelines move with the steering, so the camera entry (moving guidelines) is not credited.
