Car Discounts November 2026: Offers and the Best Variant

By Rupesh Kumar · Published · Figures checked

The short answer

A discount spread evenly across a model is a reason to buy that car, not a reason to change which version of it you buy — every trim moves down together and the gaps between them stay put. Where the source split an offer, this page lists those parts and the total a buyer can combine. Where it published one ceiling, the row says up to that figure.

Chart: November 2026 offers. 32 published totals and up-to ceilings, as they stand through 15 Nov 2026. Ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹1,65,000.

Where a row has no Up to label, the total is the most the published parts can come to, not the cheque. Cash, a booking offer, additional exchange, loyalty, a corporate discount and Tata's intervention offer add together. Where the row names one of exchange, scrappage, Level Up or loyalty, the total counts the larger one only. You still need a car to trade in for an exchange figure, and you still need to qualify for a corporate or loyalty scheme. Totals are for 5 Nov 2026, the India date this page was generated. The page regenerates about once a day, so a booking amount leaves the total on the first regeneration after its end date. Once every offer has passed the date in Until, this page stays up and labels those offers as ended. Jeep rows run to 30 Nov 2026. Citroën rows run to 30 Nov 2026. Mahindra rows run to 30 Nov 2026. Hyundai rows run to 30 Nov 2026. Tata Motors rows run to 15 Nov 2026. The sources for Citroën, Hyundai, Jeep, and Mahindra state no end date, so their dates are the end of the month the offers were announced for, and a festive bonus inside a ceiling may end sooner. Offers vary by city and by dealer stock. A row labelled Up to is a ceiling the source published as one figure. Where that row also lists parts, those parts are exactly the amounts published and they sit inside the ceiling. A trim with no row is not a zero. Every row was read from dated press reports of each manufacturer's offers for the month, read between 3 Nov 2026 and 4 Nov 2026, and we keep the link to each. Ask at hello@carmaths.in for any of them.

What nobody else prints

The offers that change which variant to buy

A discount spread evenly across a model changes nothing about which trim is the right one — every variant moves down together and the gaps stay put. These offers are not even: they land on one trim and not its neighbour, so the gap between them is not what it usually is.

UpgradeUsuallyThis month
Mahindra Scorpio N Z4 → Z8 Select₹2,22,141₹1,97,141
Mahindra Scorpio N Z4 → Z8 Select₹2,10,740₹1,85,740
Mahindra Scorpio Classic S → S11₹4,05,200₹3,95,200

Ex-showroom, and against the offer ceiling above. Where the upgrade reads as cheaper than the trim below, the higher trim genuinely costs less this month than the one under it — which happens when a manufacturer is clearing stock of a particular variant. A step is listed only when both of its variants carry a recorded offer: a trim the offer does not mention may still carry a dealer discount, so it is not counted as zero.

Does a discount change the value verdict?

Only if it is uneven. Our verdicts come from the gap between two trims, so a discount applied across a whole range moves both ends by the same amount and every verdict stands. That is worth knowing on its own: a ₹50,000 offer on a car is a reason to buy that car, never a reason to change which version of it you buy. The rows above are the exception, and they are the only ones that alter the answer.

What a discount does change is the choice between two different cars. Our same-money comparisons pair models at matching price points, and an offer large enough moves a car into the next bracket down.

Common questions

What car discounts are on offer in November 2026?
We have recorded November 2026 offers on 15 of the cars we track, from Citroën, Hyundai, Jeep, Mahindra, and Tata Motors, each split into cash, exchange, loyalty and corporate parts where the source split it. Offers vary by city and dealer stock, so confirm the figure with a dealer before counting on it.
Does a discount change which variant is worth buying?
Only when it is uneven. A discount applied to every variant of a car moves them all down together, so the gap between two variants, which is what our verdicts are based on, stays the same. When an offer lands on one variant and not the next, the cost of moving up changes, and this page lists those cases.
Is an exchange bonus the same as cash off?
No. An exchange bonus needs a car to trade in, and a loyalty or corporate discount needs you to qualify for that scheme. Cash is the only part every buyer can take.
